Overall, a 5 star experience. It started with the communication from Donna and Jennifer before we even arrived at the condo. This was our first time using Airbnb so we were unsure of how everything worked. Donna and Jennifer made sure those fears were removed. The ease of check-in was awesome. The check-out process is also super easy. As for the condo itself, it was beautiful. The view from the balcony is stunning and the rest of the condo is nice as well. We really liked the fully stocked kitchen and it allowed us to save money by preparing breakfast and lunch in the condo instead of eating out. We also loved the convenience of having a full bathroom attached to each bedroom. Overall, the was definitely a 5 star experience from start to finish and we cannot wait to come back!

This rental was very nice, with great facilities, location, check in/out procedure, and owner management attentiveness. We had everything needed and no complaints at all. We would definitively stay here again next time. Thanks for a great experience!

Me and my family rented this condo for Thanksgiving weekend and the stay wonderful. Highly recommended if you doing a large family vacation.

The condo was just as advertised, plus more. The kitchen was fully stocked, all the rooms were large with plenty of space for 8 when our kids joined us for Thanksgiving. Donna and Jennifer were a delight to work with. We will stay there again!!

Rarely is a listing exactly as described but this one is. The layout of this unit is perfect. And when we needed to communicate (couldnt find a light switch etc) response was immediate. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Common areas were clean. My only complaint is that there was never enough hot water. Even if I was the first one to try an attempt a bath the hot water ran out before the tub had a couple inches. I was excited the listing had this huge tub but we couldnt use it. A quick shower is all that there was enough hot water for. Im mot sure if its a rule for the units but for the size of groups the small hot water heater seems mismatched. Enough about that. The view is great!! We watched lots of oven life from the balcony. And this location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. I would rebook without hesitation. We go the beach every Thanksgiving as a group, us and our college age /young married children, and this was our favorite so far.

This condo was way beyond our expectation. Check in was easy with no hassle, clean and warm vibe inside, and gorgeous gulf view. Well equipped kitchen and amenities were very handy. Five stars!

From the time of booking to leaving for the last time this property was perfect! Lots of small thoughtful extras add up to make it perfect. We had 8 Adults and 3 kids with plenty of room. The unit was clean, spacious, well stocked with anything you might need including an extra ice maker. Washer/dryer, beach toys and chairs. Beautiful spacious balcony. Check-in process was a breeze as well as checkout. Owner and manager super easy to work with. My only regret is that couldnt stay longer.

Clean clean CLEAN! Great sunsets, comfy beds and couches and the heated outdoor pools were a great place to swim when the ocean was a bit chilly. Would definitely stay there again. Big shout out to Donna and Jen for stellar hospitality and customer service!

The condo is beautiful! It was clean and spacious. Communication with the property owners was wonderful. We go to the beach every year and this is in the top 3 of places weve stayed. The view is gorgeous! Overall it was a great experience from booking to leaving.

This was a great place for our family! We enjoyed being in the quieter area of PCB, but close to great restaurants and other activities. We loved having access to the large balcony from the master and living room...the view was stunning! We enjoyed watching dolphins, manatee, and the boats in the water. I was surprised at the size of the rooms, bathrooms, and laundry room. The pictures dont show the scale. The extra touches of pool floats and boogie boards were so great. We didnt have to bring anything for the kitchen except food and spices. The only thing we didnt like was leaving!! Donna and Jennifer do a wonderful job, we are excited to plan another vacation here in the future.

Nice place to stay on the beach. All the comforts of home and fast wifi. Quiet, friendly and safe community. Close to best dining spots and Walmart. Take the elevator down and you are a few steps from the beach! We have stayed here twice and plan on returning.

The unit was beautifully decorated and maintained and very clean. Communication with the property managers was excellent; they kept us well informed throughout the process. Check-in was simple and easy. We greatly enjoyed our stay although it was cut short due to a death in the family. I would highly recommend this unit and would not hesitate to book it in the future.

The condo was nice, clean, and well equipped. However, the best part of renting was the service received from the owners. They made sure I didnt have questions and even called me the day before to be sure I was all set. I will definitely stay with them again!!!

Awesome condo. Lots of space, very clean, supplies more than adequate. Theres some construction going on now, but it didnt interfere with our stay. We like the Thomas Drive location- a little more quiet and closer to local restaurants. Will definitely look to stay here again!

Nice location away from the crowds. Check in was easy and communication was very good. Condo is clean and accurately reflected in the online photos. Enjoyed the large balcony. Would stay again.
